We only did the 2D/1N trip due to delayed flights but we still had an amazing time. We saw some wildlife even on the boat ride to the lodge, including a crocodile. The lodge itself is luxurious considering it is in a jungle with no electricity! Bedding exceptionally clean, mosquito net didn't have a single hole in it, no bugs in the room at all. Made for a perfect comfortable sleep. Bathrooms are only about 10 metres away, really clean. The food was so good, included fresh fish on one day. They even made a cake for one guest's birthday. The walks we did were great, we saw plenty of animals. Our guide, Ronny, was really friendly and looked after us well. Our favourite madidi staff member though has to be Antonio, the tapir that just hangs out at the lodge, he's very friendly!
