Had a lovely expierence at the cabin, on saturday luch time. my children enjoyed the park so thought we would have lunch at the cabin, was greeted by a lovely young girl at the front desk, and two other smiling ladies. we had tasty burgers and chips which was cooked to perfection. Defiantly be back on a saturday.

We hadn't used the cabin at Cobtree for months, despite regularly using the park. Since the renovations the park has become very busy and the queues huge. This is not the cabin fault but when you spend 20 min queuing for food, only to be told when you get to the front they stop doing food at 2O'clock is very disappointing. When I questioned it they pointed out the tiniest sign EVER. This use to be a nice place to stop for breakfast/lunch but the quality and choice has gone down hill and is not worth the hassle of the huge queues!!

Hi, the problem is this; our very kind council built a massive new play area without updating the café or the toilets. We have always struggled in the summer to cope with the popularity of the café. Now its even worse, we are now catering for hundreds of children (summer hols) and parents on a daily basis, all from a tiny kiosk kitchen. We had no choice but to limit the menu and the cut off point for hot food to 2pm. Please remember we open at 8am, 7 days a week, and when the temperatures are above 80 degrees and my staff are keeling over, we feel that turning off the griddle at 2pm is justified. If you would like to visit us again when the kids have returned to school, I am sure you will find the picture very different. We are after all only human. I hope that you enjoyed your day otherwise. The very fact that you were able to come to the park and use the free facilities there, is down to the cafés success, before I opened the facility, the park was more or less desolate. thank you for your comments.

Hi Folks, thank you for a positive and honest review, we have been suffering a little from all the building works at the park and around the café, so thank you for staying with us.
