Didn't stay here as visiting and staying in neighbouring Drefach village but called in on the off-chance that we could be accommodated for Sunday lunch.

A very cosy and inviting bar/dining room and the full house testimony to the Abadam's popularity. Told we'd have to wait a little while for a table but not a problem and served drinks outside whilst waiting - in the end deciding to eat there too as a pleasant afternoon and places promptly set for us.

Wonderful carvery ( with the rare bonus of as many Yorkshire puddings as we wanted!) and with the bill for two mains, a shared pudding and 2 drinks coming to only £22 fantastic value we thought. Top that with very friendly and welcoming service and a great all round experience.

Surprised it's taken us so long to visit here for a meal - but now that we have will certainly be returning the next time down west.

Diolch am y croeso!

We found this pub with rooms by chance and were made to feel immediately at home with a decent mug of tea. Supper was very tasty and the full Welsh breakfast was excellent. Great value too - £90 for dinner, bed and breakfast for 2.

Another day where we had been looking for hours for accommodation. From the moment we walked into this quaint little pub we were made to feel so welcome. First and only pub of our six week trip that had music playing and the welsh patrons singing. The pub is a credit to the owner Mel Morgan who is an absolutely lovely lady. As well as her mum who is the cook and made us some realy good food. The decor of the rooms are beautiful. Would highly recomend to anyone to stay here. Unfortunately the photos i took didn`t come out but there is a web site, please have a look. www.abadamarms.com
