A great local pub to meet up with your friends or have a family supper. Great selection of food and alcohol at very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly. I live nearby and go there all the time. Have never been disappointed with the food or service. Large food portions that are cooked with care and presented well. Nice big booths that fit six adults comfortably. Lots of parking. Outdoor patio in nicer weather. Definitely a restaurant to frequent if you live in the area or are passing through. Enjoy!

Our family always goes here, especially to celebrate one of our birthdays.

The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is warm. The food is authentic Britsh fare, which is difficult to find nowadays (sometimes you just crave comfort food). The portions are substantial and you can definitely tell that it is fresh and homemade. They have all different options for healthier choices and for children as well. Speaking of which, the kids get an icecream bar for dessert (a nice touch). The best part of celebrating your birthday is sharing the fried jam sandwich with whipped cream/ice cream...yum. It's also a great place to sit with a bevy and chat with friends.

We look forward to our next visit!

We stopped in with a group of 10 for a lunch on a busy Saturday. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.
The staff was friendly (and funny) and we did not have to wait for service which initially concerned me when I saw hockey teams already seated.
The food was typical pub fare but unlike many roadhouses you could tell it was fresh and well prepared. Everyone in our group said their entrées were either very good or excellent.
The prices were very reasonable for both the food and surprisingly the drinks as well.
Sharon was a hoot and kept us (end every one else) laughing; thank you again Sharon!
I envy the locals because if I lived in the area I would visit often.
