It was a nice place to stop for a bistro lunch. This place offered a simple menu with a little twist. Sometimes, lunch did not need to be a fine dinning or fast food. A little twist on the menu gave me a memorable meal!

Attached to a smell vineyard, farm and cooking school.
A big focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Unusual menu items, including game meats.
All very well prepared and seasoned.
White wine from their vineyard wine was very good. The red was average.
Friendly service.
Sat in a patio screened with plastic. It was a cool day however heaters set too high made the area oppressively hot.
Aside from that it was a wonderful meal and experience.

First visit in the summer was because they were do friendly he loved it and so did we. Our table was within ten feet of the vine that the rose we were drinking came from. The summer menu were excellent we even reordered the shrimp dish. In October we took our good friends there they loved it. Unfortunately our dog could not attend due to the weather we dined indoors. The offerings were tasty the wine excellent and the service attentive .we'll be back.

A nearby merchant recommended The Good Earth for lunch and my wife and I are extremely pleased we listened. There are 3 areas, a fully enclosed seating area, a timber frame section with a roof and open sides, and outdoor picnic tables. The service was excellent with a very knowledgeable and outgoing server who clearly explained the meals available. The servings were very generous and well presented. It has a very relaxing atmosphere a place we will definitely revisit.
