Just returned from a 2 night stay. FIrst time we had booked a short break bed and breakfast. Farmhouse nestling in gorgeous Devon countryside. Easy to find with sat nav. Informal, extreemly friendly hosts . Room spotless, bed very comfortable. Breakfast plentyful and tasty.
Would not hesitate to go back again and would recommend to all. All the previous reviews should give you an idea that you have just got to stay there. Janet and Robert, the hosts, are very friendly and make you feel welcome in their home.

Room Tip: Stay in the Oak room. King size bed with window seat giving views of the garden and countryside beyond.

Stayed at Yeos Farm last night. Wonderful experience. Lovely bedroom modern but in keeping with the traditional farm. Janet and Robert very friendly and helpful - I had inadvertently mixed dates and they were expecting us on Tuesday night. Great breakfast - a taste of Devon with their own eggs and sausage and locally sourced other ingredients.
Can't wait to stay there again - hopefully not on business next time.

Lovely farm full of beutiful countryside, animals and rustic buildings. My wife is American and she fell in love with it. The couple in charge were full of advice and recommendations to help us and presented us with an outstanding breakfast. We promptly sat in their garden with some tea and hobnobs left in our room for us.
The room was lovely and so homely compared to those sterile chain hotel rooms.

We stayed here for one night en route to Cornwall. The working farm is located deep in the Devon Countryside close to Exeter and Dartmoor. We were welcomed warmly and provided with tea and biscuits in the garden whilst we watched the farmer bringing in his hay crop.
Our room was large and had high quality soft furnishings. The en suite shower room contained all we needed. We were able to use cutlery and crockery from the breakfast room as we had provided ourselves with a light supper.
Breakfast was very good and the owner was helpful in providing information on places to visit as we travelled across Dartmoor.

Staying for a weekend wasn't long enough - we were well looked after, comfortable and had brilliant views of the countryside.

The B&B is on a working farm and the whole family were there to chip in and make us feel welcome. It felt like we were staying in a room in their home. The owners were very friendly and helpful, offering us advice where to go on our days out and directions to the best pubs in the area.

The room itself was large and clean with more than enough storage and a flat screen TV. There was a lovely window seat with a view of the farm and fields.

The highlight of the stay must be the cooked breakfast, with home-made sausages from the farm itself. Overall, Dartmoor was a lovely place to visit and made me want to move from the big city to the countryside!
