Very enjoyable and informative morning at the new premises. The format is that Ann calls up pairs of trainees and instructs them on how to prepare the dish, so you only get to practice certain tasks. That is actually better than it sounds because the rest of the time you get a much better impression of what is going on. There was a lot of good advice and tips although I wouldn't agree with absolutely everthing Ann said, in general it was very useful.
