This was a great restaurant. The mixed tapas were the best ever, The waiter was a very full on but a friendly man who gave the children with the family next to us lollies, magic and it was so relaxed and the most enjoyable meal (and there had been lots of good meals out!) we had on our holiday.
If you are in Lanzarote give them a try.

Happened upon this roadside restaurant in La Santa for lunch.
The staff were very friendly and helpfuldespite it being fairly busy.
Being a fishing town, not surprisingly there was plenty of fish on the menu.
Not wanting too much for lunch, my wife chose mussels cooked in a fish sauce and I had a goats cheese and tuna salad. We had the usual Canarian potatoes to share.
The mussels were nicely cooked and the fish sauce was a nice accompaniment.
My salad was pleasant. The goats cheese was maybe a little lacking in taste and the tuna a little overdone. It came with corn, onion and iceberg lettuce.
Two glasses of Canarian white wine and bread brought the cost to a little over €30.
La Santa is nice place on the west coast of the island to stop off for lunch and have a stroll on the front and watch the waves crash onto the shoreline. There appears to be several restaurants to chose from considering the towns size.

This place had sooooo much selection of fresh fish to choose from that it was overwhelming!
The food was really good and the guys were nice and friendly. We were really pleased overall with the restaurant.
There was even a taxi waiting for us when we finished our meal! Although, we were set on walking off the big dinner so had to pass on that...

We found this gem by accident. It serves daily caught fish. I had the sea bream which was gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just brilliant
