“What a bunch of cowboys/gangsters”

Awful experience with kevin o brien happy hooker ship to inis oirr....treated like royalty as they took our money and even gave us a 'discount' ...terrible ferry over...the happy hooker needs to be dumped...i felt terrible as the fumes were disgusting and the heat in the cabin over bearing...we paid for a trip to inis oirr then it should have taken us directly to cliffs of moher...but instead it took us directly back to doolin without explanation where they tried to load more people on the ferry...we asked them what was happening but they basically shoved us aside and were incredibly rude...we looked for part of our money back as we didnt get what we paid for ie a direct trip to cliffs of moher...the owner...kevin or donie(whatever his name is) came over and was very aggressive towards us...he laughed at us!!! avoid kevin o brien aran island ferries like the plague!!

“With a bonus dolphin!”
Reviewed July 5, 2012

To see such a beautiful and imposing sight as the Cliffs of Moher from the ocean is an amazing experience.

This trip was definitely value for money, with the boat not being too crowded and we had the elements on our side, with the water being calm and flat. The boat had a commentary and music that could be heard from most of the boat, except right up the very front, but made an interesting trip that little more special.

When we booked, the man said that we might get to see the local dolphin......... well she showed up before the boat even arrived, came right up to the pier to the delight of everyone. She was showing off and wanting to play. After we came back, some people who were lucky enough to have wetsuits (I wouldn't attempt it without one!) got in the water with her.

The perfect end to a perfect trip.

“Unexpected Discovery”
Reviewed July 5, 2012

My wife and I with our girls took a walk to the Doolin pier on a blustery day just to take in the ocean after a long flight. After walking around taking pictures of the gorgeous scenery, not to mention a jelly fish and a dolphin, we were getting ready to return to our room when we were approached by Donie. He showed my girls some wonderful pictures of the cliff tour that Doolin2Aran operates. After a very generous offer we decided on the spur of the moment to do the tour and are thankful for a lifetime we did. Thanks to an offshore breeze the sea was like glass and we were afforded views that can only be described as awe-inspiring. After we returned the weather turned foul and we were faced with a long walk into a driving rain. However, a nice man at the ferry office, whose name I sadly did not get, gave us a ride back to our accommodation and gave my daughters a real introduction to the heart of what the Irish people are all about. Thanks to all at Doolin2Aran from the Tennesseans.

Safe and easy trip. The crew has an excellent sense of humor and if you don't have sea legs they keep you laughing so that you can forget how you feel.
