Visited all three last September and are planning another trip back next year. Unbelievable visit! I recommend everyone go to Ireland at least once and make Doolin one of your stops. It was our best vacation EVER!!!!

For a classic Irish pub meal, this place is perfect. Add that to a perfect pint of Guinness, great traditional music and a friendly atmosphere, its a great spot for anyone in the area.

The pub food was tasty and quick. The musicians played Irish instrumentals, with whistle, fiddle, squeezebox and flute while we were there.

We came back to Doolin specifically to hear music in this pub again. It was a Saturday night and there were three musicians in the session, playing a flute, an 8-string bouzouki, and an accordion. The music was good, but the crowd was not so good. They didn’t seem to be as interested in the music as I was, which was a disappointment to me and probably was to the musicians as well. And the crowd wasn’t nearly as large as it was five years ago. The economy surely didn’t help, but I was left wondering if the locals had found a better place. It was an enjoyable evening, but unfortunately not one that I would go out of my way to repeat.
