Description: Hotel Doolin's Fitzpartick's Bar, famous for it's traditional Irish music, lively sessions, thirst quenching pints and wholesome food is popular with both residents and locals alike. Fitzpatrick's Bar is as much a part of the vibrant experience of Doolin as it is of the hotel itself. With its polished panelling, natural stone and open fire it offers a calm and relaxed setting during the day while at night it transforms into a lively bar with entertainment. The Bar is split into two sections. Fitz's Snug is our cosy front bar with an open fire, ideal for relaxing with a cool pint whilst listening to our live Trad sessions. The much larger back bar is perfect for parties and live bands. There are a number of local and Irish beers available in Fitzpatrick's Bar including:•Eight Degree - Sunburnt Irish Red•Eight Degree - Knockmealdown porter•Eight Degree - Howling Gale Ale•Galway Hooker•Helvick Gold blonde Ale•Blackrock Irish Stout•Copper Coast Red Ale

Fitzpatricks is a must visit while in Doolin. We went on a friend's recommendation & we were not disappointed. Unfortunately they don't take reservations in the restaurant so we had to keep watch while having a drink in the bar , the place was really busy but the atmosphere was great. A guy was playing guitar & had a very pleasant voice so we really didn't mind waiting to get a table.
The staff were very friendly & helpful , service was excellent taking into account that the place was so busy. The sea food was delicious, i'd recommend the dish for two people which is great value. When we got back to the bar after our food the place was rocking. A great night !!!!

We got there just as a giant tour bus load of people worked their way through. Turns out the food was exactly what you would serve to a busload of tourists you knew you'd never see again. The "gourmet sausages" were hot dogs sold for 10 euro. Everything else is boiled and flavorless. Mash was cold and likewise flavorless.

Service was indifferent and not particularly helpful.
The bar had a nice, pubby atmosphere, but that only gets yousp far in Ireland, where everything has a nice, pubby, atmosphere.

We stopped here for lunch while on a Cliffs of Moher tour and were not disappointed! I was wary of the cafeteria style set up but the quality of the good was exellent! I had the seafood chowder which had loads of shrimp, salmon and potato in it and my husband had the Steak and Guinness stew which he said was the best meal he's ever had in his life (slight exaggeration I'm sure). Lots of beers on tap to choose from, reasonably priced as well! Great spot.

Our visit here was for a drink only which we regretted badly. The food looked superb and it was recommended by a friend. As we were a little late going out we ate in another place which was not great. This bar was great. Quality traditional music of the original variety and a huge mix of people from all over the world, a very good spot to visit. The beer was excellent and included some craft beers on draught that were of great interest to me! The bar staff and waitresses were very well trained and mannered and it showed from the start. It is so true that if you put in the effort you will see the difference and the owners here obviously know how to make a success of the business. I would suggest that anyone visiting Doolin should visit here for at least 1 night and see for yourself.
