The only good thing about this place is Avraham the guy who manages it for the owner whoever he may be. Toilet rocked when we sat on it, shower floor needs grouting, the main door of the room does not fit properly, paper thin walls etc etc etc. Breakfast was poor by Israeli standards you can see the guy scrimps and saves on everything. My advice don't even consider this place and we were 9 people in the party taking four rooms.

Room Tip: Not sure if they do have any good rooms!

Anser to the above: The location and the host

We stayed just for one night at a quaint, well kept zimmer/hotel in the middle of town. The ambiance was perfect, the room small but very satisfactory in amenities, décor and architecture. The "yard" was classic "Bilu," meaning early 1900's. The host, Avram, a kind, engaging and warm person makes you feel at home and part of the routine.

Avi the owner is a very kind person and receive us whith a very nice and inviting smile. The yard is pleasant and quiet. Very charming place for a good weekend. The hotel is situated a small distance from the center of the country and a few kilometers from Tel Aviv

We took the family room (2+2) with a kitchenette. Sadly, we found only one fork,3 plates, and a few knives and cups. No bowls, no kitchen towel...
It's those little details that can make a difference. For instance, when the wall clock doesn't have a battery, or when the kitchen sponge is over used, it makes it a 6, not a 10.
I would not recommend this place to families with kids.

We take great pleasure at recommending Hotel Lemazkeret. The place is in a beautiful countryside setting ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. The hotel managers take great trouble at making you feel at home. Excellent.
