This is the kind of place you dream about. A beautiful building, lovingly restored in stunning grounds that has a very special atmosphere. The attention to detail and care taken by the owners to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay is evident throughout; from the the warm welcome to the spacious, beautiful rooms and the generous breakfast to the gorgeous loggia and outdoor lounges. It's like stepping into a magazine but never feels stuffy; simply calm and relaxing. Of course the wine was as good as you'd expect and the surrounding vineyards and paths are beautiful but with or without all of that, Villa Biondelli is simply a very special place to relax and unwind. Perfectly located for exploring Franciacorta and Lake Iseo. Thank you Francesca, Joska, Camilla and Tinto for being such warm hosts and giving us some very special family memories.

Dear Simon, Anthony, Ron and Christine,

It has been our pleasure to host you all, and even happier that you were lucky enough to enjoy a good rain-free day in our garden.

When I saw you choosing the spot next to the fountain it warmed my heart (I always sit there) as I knew that you would have peacefully enjoyed those few hours cuddled by the sound of water.

Thank you very much for your feedback!

Hope you had a safe trip back home,

Best regards

Francesca

A true getaway from the city filled with delicious food, decadent wine, and fun people. This place is perfect for any couple, a group of friends, or just to escape on your own to get some peace and tranquility. The food is locally sourced and the wine is made right there on the grounds which are lovely to walk around on. The interior design of the hotel combined with the birds chirping all around left me wanting to stay longer as I felt right at home enjoying the sparkles of their great wine. I hope to be coming back soon !!!

Room tip: Go for the suite the terrace overlooking the vineyards!

We were looking for a place to stay in Franciacorta for the weekend to adventure off and wine taste. We booked at Biondelli because they produce sparking wine on the grounds and were centrally located to some of the other vineyards that we had mapped out.
Our stay completely exceeded our expectations to the point that we ended up leaving the hotel only twice the entire weekend!
The Bohemian Chic décor, spacious rooms and the layout makes you feel that you are right at home, we woke up to an amazing breakfast were able to walk around the grounds and vineyards and ended our days with a beautiful wine tasting.
Upon our departure we ended up buying a case of the Saten and their Rose, which was excellent. It will definitely bring us back to memories of our relaxing weekend!
We will definitely be returning!

We stayed here just for 3 nights with friends before a wedding and had booked all 5 rooms for a group of 12 people.

Arrival was very easy and the check-in was left till the next morning as we arrived quite late.

The website only gives you a hint at how amazing this villa is and I had high expectations.

The expectations were definitely met when it comes to the grounds and the interiors.
The Villa is absolutely beautiful and unique.
The furniture and materials used are handpicked from all over the world and lots of the furniture was lovingly restored and of the highest quality.

The whole Villa has a very colonial/ oriental theme and is executed perfectly in each room.
Each room is unique and we could have stayed there forever just happily discovering all the little details and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

They are still renovating the upstairs and will add another 6 rooms, as well as a pool which we are very much looking forward to.

The rooms are all very spacious and come with beautiful bathrooms with rainshowers.
The water pressure wasn‘t great in our room to be honest- a hand held shower head would be a great addition.
Slippers would be a great extra as all rooms have stone floors.

Breakfast was a large spread in the downstairs dining room, however I did find the price a bit steep as there isn‘t any service.

No hot options are offered such as scrambled eggs or an omelette or any other kind of drink.
If they were offered to anyone of my group I appologize for this error.

Coffee and Tea is all self serve as well- so for this kind of breakfast I expect it to be included in the room price.
Perhaps more staff will be added in the future when the entire Villa is finished.

Despite Breakfast we still were absolutely in love with this place and Francesca and Joska could have yelled at us and we would still love it.
The Villa is absolutely magical and their wonderful Franciacorta is just as praiseworthy.

Francesca and Joska are very lovely people and were very generous in offering us their grounds for some pre-wedding photos as well as some bottles of their Franciacorta for the bridal party.

Thank you again for everything- we will definitely return
