“Perfert group accomadation”
Reviewed August 25, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We stayed here for a friends stag do in July, Everything in the place was a really high standard, from the sound system to BBQ, and the open plan area was a great space for eating, drinking, and socialising. The location was also great for trips to the Gower and Beacons for activities.

Would definitely recommend to other groups looking for a high standard, good value group accommodation

“Excellent family location, great house.”
Reviewed August 14, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Great place to stay, it was all it said it would be. The kids loved it especially the games - air hockey and football. There was plenty of space so they didn't get on top of one another. We didn't have good weather but we still had a great time as there is so much to do - swimming in swansea, museums a great park just up the road, and a great pub which serves free food for kids before 5pm and the food was beautiful.

“Brilliant accommodation, fantastic holiday”
Reviewed August 6, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Brilliant accommodation for us and another family. In total we had 4 adults, 4 teenagers and one 11 year old. The accommodation was brilliant, secure bike room for all of our bikes, challenging bike routes for my husband to do, family routes for us all to do, wifi, football table and air hockey table for the kids and a utility room so that I didn't go home with loads of washing! We had a brilliant week and this accommodation is great for large groups and families alike

“Exactly what is required”
Reviewed July 13, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Stayed at Depo Rd for a week to do some mountain biking in the surrounding areas with a bunch of mates. Pretty good central location for Afan and within short drive to other excellent riding spots at Merthyr or Cwncarn where we rode. The actual accommodation itself is amazing and had everything we could possibly need to make our time there comfortable. With the Football World Cup on while we were there, evenings chilling post BBQ, drinking beers and watching the games on the excellent comfy couches was the best end to a long days biking. Pretty much everything was thought of for our requirements and made or stay too notch. Couldn't recommend it enough for folks looking for a cool place to stay while on a biking trip. Cheers guys.

“MTB and stag do -perfect spot”
Reviewed July 12, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

This place looked perfect for the outdoorsy stag do I planned. As soon as we arrived it was so much better than we thought it would be. Everything is finished beautifully from good tough but stylish materials in a way that means there is nothing to break. Thats good news for a stag do because you'll get your deposit back! Beds were so comfy. It's bigger than it looks in the photos. The BBQ was really good. I can't fault it. If you're thinking about staying here then just do it. You won't be disappointed.

“Spot on for group accommodation”
Reviewed June 14, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Had a great stay with 11 friends taking part in the local Dragon ride. Facilities are top notch, and the location for getting into the mountains is A1. Port Talbot itself is a bit of an eyesore with the steelworks, but the riding is as good as anywhere in the UK. There's a great social space at Depot road and things like wifi and even Global knives come as standard! We'll be back.

“A superb place with the outdoors short distances away”
Reviewed June 7, 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Our nine man stag party spent a long weekend and it received a glowing reception from all. Table fussball and air hockey were brilliant.
The large living area meant there was a communal atmosphere whether you were in the kitchen, at the large dining table or on the comfy sofas.
The yard was equally useful with an excellent space for barbeques.

The bathrooms are minimally designed so don't expect any luxury from them but they're spot on for the outdoors type. The drying room was a saving grace as well.

There was excellent communication from the owners throughout.
I'd happily stay here again.
