Hi
We are stopping here on the final leg of our Thailand holiday. We were aware there were renovations ongoing as the hotel had emailed us before. When we arrived last week we were greeted by lots of loud noise from breaking out concrete!! However the staff advised us this was only a very short duration and has now finished. When we were at the main pool during the day this didn't disturb us. As for the rest of the renovations you can see them ongoing but there is no disruption.

The hotel staff were very accommodating during check in when we arrived and offered us the choice of lots of rooms as we wanted one with a balcony and to fit in extra beds for our kids. We eventually upgraded to one of the Barai suites for a surcharge but this has been worth the extra cost to us. The staff said they would even refund us fully if we weren't happy with any of the rooms. We also got a free upgrade to the Regency Club which has been excellent with free drinks and snacks 5-7pm.

The main pool area is excellent and the kids love the water slide.

Overall an excellent staff with fantastic staff ranging from reception, waiters, cleaners and management. We have spoken to the manager Christian and also Pong and you can tell the hotel prides itself on customer service.

Would recommend to anyone stopping it Hua Hin.

This place just goes from strength to strength !
So relaxing with massages every day - and superb Thai food too.
The staff are out of this world and give 6 star service.
It’s without doubt the best hotel in Hua Hin.

This has consistently been a very good hotel, most likely the best in the region. However, hotel has been getting a bit aged, so good to see recent start of renovations.
It is very pricy though, probably more than should be.

We stayed for 14 nights and enjoyed every minute, the pools, the restaurants, and staff were all excellent. The grounds around the hotel and very well kept, good access to a nice shady beach. Security good around the hotel.

Beautiful hotel to celebrate a special birthday, only 3 hours by private transfer from Bangkok, this is a beautiful beach resort to relax after the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city.
Everything about the hotel is stunning, the gardens, the pools, the beach front location and especially the rooms.
There is a night market within walking distance of the hotel on a Friday and Saturday. The location is brilliant to explore the area. The staff at the hotel are brilliant at telling you how to get to places as well as giving tips and advise on making the most of any day trips planned.
