Marrakesh Huahin is a resort in Huahin with Moroccan style and they also participate Make a Green choice program.
The resort is located opposite side of Bluport shopping mall and not far from the night market which is very convenience.
When we arrived, staff show their enthusiasm on rushing the room for us and even called to inform us for room readiness when we went to a pool while waiting for a room which is good and show their empathy for guest who drove a long way from Bangkok.
Breakfast is wide spready and tasty, the noodle station also very delicious. They even raised few cats in the property which look like they look after them very well.
The most favourite part is this resort have accesble to beach front and the water is still clear and look clean unlike in Pattaya.
However, the reason that I don't give 5 star as they are some area concerned that should have been improve;
1. They let "trainee" escort us to the room which I have no offense on that but they should train the trainee properly in every way to be ready for answering the question from guest. I asked him that can we get 2 room keys and the answer I received was "It depends" which I asked further and he cut the conversation as "he was just a trainee"
Would rather teach him to give an answer what he doesn't know how to answer to guest like "Please let me check for you" and he can come back to us with confidence than just saying that he is not a staff.
At this point, the price that we paid ain't cheap and we expected to receive a proper service from "staff" not "trainee". Or else, I would think that the staffs are too lazy to left the desk to escort guest themselves.
2. At the pool should provide drinking water or some refreshment as it can be a nice gezture from the hotel with the heat from the sun.
3. Should change either sink for bathtub of the faucet as the water and easily spill out of the sink
