Would reccomend if you are interested in pottery. Was surprised at how much to do and how quick the time seemed to go . We did tour of the factory and had a cooking demonstration of which there were tasters. Delightful. Yes the products are expensive, but when you realise what goes into making the pottery you can understand. Visit the factory for seconds, when we went there weren't many bargains and not a lot of money off but I think you have to be there at the right time. Even that I would go again if I was in that neck of the woods.

We visit the shops and restaurant at Denby quite regularly - we live locally. The shops are always clean and tidy and the restaurant gives good value for money with a nice selection of food from snacks to meals. We went at a Denby Shop sale time on this visit to replace our everyday crockery and were spoilt for choice with the offers etc. available.

I bought a Groupon voucher for here which included a tour, cooking demo and lunch. What amazing value! The tour was great, we made a clay frog each that we could bring home with us and we also painted some plates which we bought and left there for firing which we need to collect, they will post them if required. The tour lasted an hour and a half and we then went for lunch, luckily it was a lovely day so we could sit outside on the rooftop. The food choice was good and it was very tasty.

We then went for a walk around the factory shops before we left. There is quite a bit to see there and we thouroughly enjoyed it.

Went with friends whilst in the area . Bank holiday Sunday so pottery was closed but visitor centre was in full swing on one of our rare summer days .
Bourne restaurant patio was a sun trap for lunch shame the coffee did not match the ambiance , tepid and a pale imitation of capuccino .
Shopping in the seconds shops is a pleasure ,but always buy more than you intend .

A good afternoon out, lots to look at and of course buy. The coffee shop is well worth a visit for a nice break from spending money.
