I booked this hotel off the internet and was pleasantly surprised, the room was very large exactly as in pics in web page, everyone was very helpfull, the room was clean and everything worked fine
The only negative i could say were the stairs , i was on 3rd floor and stairs are not good especially with luggage, some of the heaight of the lintels between floors are a problem for tall people

This guesthouse is located about five minutes from the beach in the Northern part of Pattaya. We walked in and asked if they had any availability and the front desk showed us to our room immediately at a great price. The front desk, while had limited English, did everything that they could to be extremely helpful and assure our safety.
The room was immaculate, the TV had lots of channels in many languages and we had a free bottle of water each and had a giant bed. There is free wi-fi, but no computers to access (so bring your laptop). There was a laid back vibe that we definitely were happy to come across in such a busy city.
Late at night, you do hear loud boom, boom from a nearby club, but we were tired and it didn't keep me up.
After our first night, we decided that Pattaya was not the place for us and decided to move onto a new city. We received a full refund for the rooms that we had prepaid, no questions and no hassles. Seaside, however, does not accept credit card.
