Went to the restaurant with some friends over the holloween weekend .We were greeted by the staff who were all dressed like different clowns ,we were brought into a lovely warm conservatory and offered warm punch and canapes after a short while we were shown to our table which was beautifully decorated the meal was excellent great choices and beautifully presented tops marks to everyone involved.Looking forward to going again in the not too distant future and stay in the B&B.

Went to the mill for dinner with herself a few weeks back. Was served canapes in the drawing room in front of a big turf fire and had a drink there while ordering from the menu. I had rabbit for starter and cod for main, was served a passion fruit sorbet after the rabbit disappeared down the hole. Finished up with a cheese plate, it was really nice, 7 different cheeses (mouse heaven), and then off to the drawing room again for coffee and petit fours. Had a beer and a Armagh Cider (very good) and 2 glasses of wine (they serve by glass just ask). It was a great meal and a great evening, and great value, left feeling very satisifed, and will be back next time I am in Donegal. The service also is worth mentioning, it was friendly and unfussy - just right

Adult meal excellent but lack of choice of beverages for adults and children - only local beer and no Coca Cola! Children's menu looked good but was mostly for red meat eatters. The chicken on the menu wasn't available and the chips were very unappetising looking.
