Emilia's is well positioned on the triangle in the centre of the very pleasant village of Enniskerry. Once the 'early bird' eaters had finished, we had the place virtually to ourselves. It is frequented by locals who are to congratulated for their loyalty to what is a not very exciting restaurant. It is possible that one could find a pasta dish or a pizza to one's liking if one were to persevere. We sampled some of the starters and main course specials and frankly they were very disappointing. Four starters, four main dishes, one desert, three teas, a coffee, four glasses of wine and a bottle of water came to €125 excluding a tip. The waitress was very friendly and the service was good.
