We enjoyed our night at Cois Farraige. We showed up without calling ahead and were graciously welcomed in. The room was comfortable and the proprietress explained how the shower worked and made sure we knew that the knob would stick and be difficult to turn off. Breakfast was delicious with soda bread and toast, yogurt and cereal to choose from off the buffet, plus tea and juice and a cooked meal off the little menu.

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast with a terrific location on the edge of town. It is just a short ride into Lahinch. The beautiful Atlantic is just outside the window of your large ensuite room. Rosie was fantastic in every way. She provided a garage to house our tandem bicyle and trailer for the night and let us use her clothes line to dry our laundry. Her breakfast was one of the best we had in Ireland and we truly enjoyed our interaction with her. This was Irish Hospitality at its best!

My husband, son and sister stayed here the first 2 days of our vacation and had a fantastic time. Rosie was fantastic-she was easy to talk to, extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was absolutely breath taking overlooking the water yet it was on a farm (they have horses and rabbits), it was a short walk to the town (great location) and the breakfasts were fantastic. Each B&B that we stayed in afterwards had their own charm but Cois Farraige was my favorite. I highly recommend and hope to go back for another stay.

Just back from a lovely and peaceful weekend in Lachinch. Superb B&B in a prime location 5 minutes walk downhill to Lachinch town and beach. Clean big ensuite rooms with beautiful views. Also they have horses in the field next to B&B and rabbits in the front garden for all animal lovers. The horses are tame and friendly. The host was amazing and would do anything for you like breakfast at 10am :).
Overall this is a real gem and will definately be back many times.

Two days here were most enjoyable, we booked in advance from Canada and hated to leave, if we knew in advance what we know now, we would have booked here for at least another day. Very close to scenic Lahinch where we walked the boardwalk on the beach and ate at local pubs having interesting talks with the locals. Ideal location for visits to the Clifs of Mohr, the spectacular Burren, Galway and Joyce Country in Conamara. Host was a great conversationalist describing local attractions, history and advising trip routes to minimize travel time. We hope to return here someday it was a highlight of our tour of Ireland.

We stayed at the Cois Farraige B&B in Lahinch with our granddaughter in a very spacious room that could actually sleep five. The B&B is right by the water, with a beautiful view. It is a very short walk into Lahinch, which has good restaurants and pubs and is only a few minutes drive from the Cliffs of Moher. Perhaps the best thing about Cois Farraige is Rosie, the owner. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. We stayed in several B&Bs on our trip; Rosie was our winner for friendliest and most helpful! She prepared an excellent breakfast, too, with many choices. Our granddaughter really enjoyed watching Rosie's horses and playing with the rabbits. We highly recommend Cois Farraige.
