Rooms are large for a b&b, very well decorated, pretty soft colors. Mr Fleming served us porter cake and tea on our arrival and visited with us, also provided travel assistance during our two night stay. Quiet area, easy to access from motorway. Very very clean with new bath linens.

We went to Ireland for our honeymoon and after 30+ hours of travel found ourselves late arriving into Shannon late. I had emailed Mrs. Fleming that we would be late from London and when we arrived at Shannon found a response saying not to worry. After dealing with driving on the left side of the road and navigating roundabouts for the first time, we were well received and given hot Tea and some yummies, As this was our first stop. Mrs. Phil Fleming and her Husband really set the bar for what to expect out of B&B's in Ireland. The rooms were very well kept. The sitting room was full of helpful table books. The food, oh boy the food. You could tell it was all fresh and they cared about your enjoyment of their fine work. Mr. & Mrs. Fleming would drop in and answer any questions one might have, they recommended many places near and far. They also set us up with a travel book and a few ideas of what to do or what we might need on our adventure. We made a reservation to stay for our last night in Ireland in two weeks and it was almost a homecoming when we returned to the comfort of their establishment.

Room Tip: If you are a couple traveling alone book early and reserve the big bed! All of the beds are cozy , b...

We loved Knocknagow and wish we had more time there. The absolute best and most comfortable facility we stayed in during our trip. Room was clean and fairly large, the dining area was warm and comfortable and the sitting area/work room was fabulous with a roaring fire and lovely appointments. Phil welcomed us with a wonderful snack of tea and home made treats and even left us a great " breakfast to go" for our early fight departure..highly recommend!

First time stating in a B&B and thanks to this experience it won't be my last. Lovely appointed room with ensuite and TV small desk for working on also. As other has mentioned Phil is an excellent host and a genuinely nice person, did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Breakfast on offer is excellent. I would highly recommend this B&B and I will return here, very close to Shannon airport and Industrial estate - 5 min drive.

Room Tip: Taste the home made scones!!!:)

We stayed here three nights while attending a wedding at nearby Dromoland Castle. The rooms are all on the ground floor and have ensuite, well-equipped baths that are decent-sized by American standards. Our bed was comfortable with clearly newer linens and our closet (wardrobe) accommodated all the clothing we needed for a black-tie wedding plus the outdoor touring we planned to do. And....our TV not only had TV, but radio capability as well.
Innkeepers Phil (short for Philomena) and Sean were most accommodating and attentive to our needs. The breakfasts were different each morning and wonderful. They were so generous that my husband and I usually didn't need to eat lunch. Phil and Sean also gave us good tips for dinner.
The location is quite close to Shannon airport, Bunratty Castle, Dromoland Castle, and the Cliffs of Moher/The Burran. Recommended.

We stayed here for one night before driving to Galway. It was very easy to find from Shannon airport and only took approx five minutes. We were welcomed by Phil a lovely lady, very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, with freshly cooked bread and Phil was extremely attentive. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend this b and b without hesitation.

We were only staying one night so we could pick up our daughter from Shannon Airport. The hot drinks and apple pie on arrival just delicious. A lovely night sleep. Breakfast delicious. Hosts made our daughter welcome, gave her breakfast and a shower before we headed off. Thanks so much.
