Recently stayed at 19th Lodge with 4 young children. Must say that having read previous reviews was unsure how suitable this guest house would be for children. Would highly recommend it to families. Mary and James were fantastic with the children. Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beautiful location, excellent service, food and hospitality. We all enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be returning.

My wife and I have taken golf groups to the 19th Lodge for several visits in the past 10 years and have always received rave reviews from our travelers.
Jim & Mary Beasley run a First-Class operation at very reasonable rates. They treat guests like family.
The location directly across the road from Ballybunion Golf Club and close to other famous Irish courses and attractions make it one of our favorites in Southwestern Ireland.
We highly recommend this warm and friendly place to all golf travelers. It is small enough to have a cozy, intimate feel, but large enough to accommodate groups of up to 24 or so and offers enough amenities to satisfy today's busy and discerning traveler.

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Ireland. At the Ballybunion golf Club, we inquired about a place to stay in town and were refered to the 19th Lodge. Mary and James are wonderful people and this was the nicest night's stay during our trip. A very clean and modern facility and what made it even better was the hospitality shown to us by Mary and James. I only can hope that I will be able to return someday for another visit. Thank you Mary and James!

The 19th Lodge was great. Mary, James and Cillian were wonderful hosts. We toured Southwest Ireland for 2 weeks on a golf trip. We stayed for one night and ended up coming back for 3 more nights before we left Ireland. Very comfortable. The guest house was very clean. The nicest bathroom of the trip. Separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Ballybunnion Golf Course was right across the street, which had excellent food and great sunsets. By far; the nicest place we stayed in Ireland and the hospitality was excellent. We will go back.

This is the 7th stay we have had at the 19th Lodge. Every trip to Ireland we make this a must. Besides the beautiful accomodations the owners are warm and gracious. We are not golfers either! We just love the place, the owners and the town. We will be back as this is our slice of heaven!

A gem in Kerry. Perfect Country Inn to relax after great golf and use as a home base to travel the country. The owners, Mary and James, could not be more hospitable. Rooms were clean, large and water presure in showers was fantastic. Would go back again in a heart beat. As a golfer, nothing not to like.
