Mom and I started spent our first three nights in Ireland at The 19th Lodge and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful and comfortable way to start our trip. Mary and James were helpful in every way you could expect. The rooms are quiet, spacious and well kept. We loved it so much we're planning on staying here for our last couple nights in the country. Without any reservations we recommend staying here.

What can we say about the 19th lodge and Mary's and James team there. Wonderful pure delight to stay, breakfast was of a 5 star hotel standard.
Mary could not do enough for their guests as we experienced first hand when Mary was on hand to bring some if our party home on Sat evening. Thanks guys again and we already can't wait to return, kind regards

Mary and James were so kind to everyone and very accommodating. The house is ideal for golfers. Would recommend it to everybody. Without a doubt the best value for money throughout our tour. Can't wait to return

On the weekend of our golf trip, we drove down from Dublin for the weekend and landed at the 19th lodge on a Friday morning. We were treated extremely well the second we arrived. The hospitality there was amazing. The quality of the room was exceptional. The people running the Lodge, Mary and her husband John were unbelievably kind and made it clear that they would help us out any time with anything that we needed help with. Our stay there could not have gone better in my opinion and as a result we will be returning to the same place every year for as long as we can. I would highly recommend the 19th lodge to anyone considering to stay in Ballybunion, whether its for pleasure or even business.

Room Tip: The rooms are all very similar but try and get one with a front view of the golf course!!

What a great place to stay for a golf weekend. Overlooking the beautiful Ballybunion Golf course, Mary and James were more than accommodating to our group and nothing was too much to ask them, Rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was lovely and well needed before a long day of golf. Will most definitely be returning again even if only for the warm welcome. Top class by the wonderfully kind couple.

We spent a night in Ballybunnion towards the end of March for a friends wedding.

James and Mary run an outstanding guest house across the road from the golf club.

The facilities, food and attention to detail was excellent, in addition to a warm welcome.

Couldn't recommend staying here highly enough.

We were in Ballybunnion for a weekends golf and Mary and James could not have done any more to make our stay more pleasant. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by both the quality of the accommodation and the genuine hospitality of our hosts. The Bedrooms were top class with plenty of room and a very well fitted out en-suite. The Breakfasts are fantastic with a great choice and loads of food and coffee. Overlooking Ballybunnion Golf Club and a couple of Minutes from the 1st Tee, it is probably the best place to stay in Ballybunnion. We are looking forward to our next stay.
