Great place, loved the atmosphere! The seafood soup, billed as a chowder, but much lighter, is worth the stop here. That, a pint of Guinness and some oysters and you are all set.

Had a delicious meal here: Guinness Beef Stew, Guinness chocolate cake, washed down with (of course) Guinness. For those of you who aren't big fans of Guinness, there are plenty of other things to choose from, in particular, lots of fresh seafood. Everyone in our family enjoyed their meals thoroughly, and they said that they could do smaller portions of almost everything to fit the kids' appetites. (One thing you won't find here: Chips! A nice break from fried food.) The ambiance was perfectly pub...the next day my husband and I went without the kids to take in more of the lovely Irish atmosphere over drinks. The wait staff were great, and when one of my kids left her coat behind, one of the men ran out looking for us (we were already around the corner!) to give it back to her. Extremely grateful for that! Nancy's really deserves its great reputation, and was easily our favorite eatery in Ardara.

We stopped here for a late lunch and 2 of us had the Beef & Guinness Stew. Lots of tender cubed beef with rich brown gravy & carrots, and separate bowl of boiled baby potatoes. Yummy. Very reasonably priced.

...and great food to boot! A great place to relax and enjoy good company. The shrimp cocktails were excellent and so was pretty much anything we had over the course of a few days.

The atmosphere of the pub is like an old irish pub open fire loads of stuff on walls keep your eyes busy for hours. The ploughmans lunch is what I ordered and it was fab my friend went for the smoked fish and really enjoyed it. Good Guinness to drink and their desert think it was called Guinness cake yummy sort of chocolate hmm has to be tasted to be believed.
