If you are coming to Ireland and you are going to be remotely near the centre of Ireland in your travels, you'd be mad not to drop into one of the world's oldest pubs and irelands oldest, Sean's bar.
Even if it didn't have the distinction of being the oldest pub there is no doubt that Sean's bar would still be a hugely popular due it's beautiful quaint location, the great locals that frequent the bar and most importantly the amazing staff, particularly Brendan and Timmy.
Always have time for all my your guests no matter how busy and the pints are always spot on.
A must see.

Cosy place and a friendly staff. Only had a coffee but it looks like a nice place to sit down when it's cold outside. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Charming and local. Fine warm open fire. A little pricey though. The newly renovated ladies is fab!!

The reviews are pretty accurate, Irelands ( and possibly the worlds ) oldest bar with a great atmosphere, very busy on weekend nights so go early to get a seat in the main bar or walk out the back to the snug and large outside seating area. Great Guinness poured properly - worth the wait !
