Firstly we have eaten and enjoyed the gallery a few times before both the last place and the current one but our most recent visit will be our last.
Firstly my food was served with an avocado which had a hair on it this was easily visible if anyone bothered to check food before serving then my wife discreetly left the table to point out to the "manager" that the salad leaves hadn't been washed properly but she didn't seem too bothered until we told her there was a large slug in our salad she then came down and removed it and we ordered something different. We finished all our food except the hair obviously and went to pay. We ordered 2 takeaway coffees and paid the manager told us the coffees were on the house for our slug experience which was the first bit of an apology we got. Upon inspection we noticed we had been charged for initial salad we sent back plus a random cake we didn't have. I pointed this out and we were refunded but again no apology.
We will not be back and left really annoyed, perhaps they are doing well enough to warrant this lack of regard for customers but I would have to say this was one of our worst experiences anywhere.
We tried to be discreet about our dissatisfaction but got treated badly hence the review.
