I've stayed at this B&B on several occasions while visiting relatives in the Tuam and Galway area. It is right on the main N17 road running up the West side of Ireland (north of Claregalway) and is extremely easy to get to without fighting the congestion and traffic in the cities. It is about 15-20 minutes from either big town, with nice abbey ruins and a Norman Keep nearby. After a day of "power touring", it is nice to be able to drive to the front door without a hassle.
The rooms we've stayed in are all on the first floor, with nice comfortable beds, en suite and with tea, cookies, etc. There is now Internet access as well. The B&B breakfast was delightful, with an excess of everything you could want to eat. I recommend the Roadside B&B for families as well as older tourists due to its easy access.
