We ate here on Friday and were well impressed with the conversion job done on the old Church. We opted for a special main course each as the early bird didn't appeal to us. My wife had duck and I had a rack of lamb. Both were beautifully cooked and delicious too. The accompaniments were roast veg which was good too but is really a winter dish, and fried baby spuds which were awful. The country is overflowing with gorgeous Queens which would have been just delightful with a knob of butter. We would definitely eat here again but would check the spuds first
