I stayed here back in September but was very disappointed. It seemed to me to be an overpriced park being run 'on the cheap' (i.e. with very little investment by the current owners) and incorrectly marketed as an 'eco' park to justify this fact.
The signage for the park and reception caravan was very poor, as was the condition of the main entrance track to the park. As some other reviewers have already commented, the facilities were basic with some odour and privacy issues. What was most surprising though was the lack of any signs in relation to driving or walking on what the owners refer to as a "highly specialized & complex sand dune habitat". Furthermore, there also appeared to a large dominating house in the process of being built next to the site, perhaps for the owners themselves in the future, which seemed out of place and contradictory to the whole nature of an eco-park.
All in all, the park seemed to me to be fundamentally mis-sold by the owners, with the 'eco' theme adopted to justify a high price for what is otherwise quite a primitive park. This was a big shame as the location itself was indeed very scenic, which is the only reason I have not given it a poorer overall rating.
