We loved this B&B. We particularly liked the private parking lot in the back and the cute garden. We ate breakfast in a room that was entirely windows (maybe an old porch?). The bedroom was stocked with everything you could think of: from cotton balls to a first aide kit!

A warm welcome from Florence and Donal was the start of our lovely stay. The room and whole house was spotless and the breakfast superb. We loved the peace and tranquility. The location in Adare is within easy reach of two wonderful golf courses - and Limerick is not far away.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the back garden are quieter.

Florence and Donal were very welcoming and gracious hosts. The rooms were very com-
fortable and Florence had provided many amenities, including wash cloths, kleenex,
fruit and candy. The windows were decorated with very pretty outside flower boxes. The
breakfasts were superb - Florence and Denise set up a beautiful setting of breads,
jams, peanut butter, cereal and even salmon. And of course, Florence cooked up
the traditional Irish breakfast, plus she even offered pancakes. The dining room was
beautiful and there was a very comfortable sitting room.
The B & B is not far from the town center and Limerick is just a short drive away.

Room Tip: All of the rooms were nice.

Very nice stay. Close to town so we walked everywhere which was very nice. Very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. More food than we could possibly eat. The owners really put in great efforts to ensure we felt welcomed, new fun things to do, recommended dinner locations, and engaged all of us in chat during breakfast. Not fancy but warm and comforting. I would certainly go back.

We have stayed at many B&B's in Ireland but by far this is our very favorite! A good share of that is due to Florence who is the best hostess ever! We spent a long time visiting with her and as others have said, she makes you feel like you are part of her family. Also, if breakfast is one of the reasons you stay at a B&B, then this has the most vast assortment of breakfast choices ever! We only stayed in Adare for 2 nights but were sorry we hadn't stayed longer. It was an easy drive to Limerick too. I can't rank this place higher or I would!!!

We stayed a night at here. Can't agree more with all the positive reviews so far. Put it simply, it was the best B&B we stayed throughout our trip! Florence and Donal make the perfect hosts (and their lovely dogs)- nothing more you could ask for. We stayed in a double room. All that you needed was provided for. The toilet was unique as it had a skylight instead of a window. You can never spend enough time in the room, the tv/living room or the dining room. All the rooms were so lovely done up. The "greenhouse" dining room was just perfect for a cup of tea and breakfast. Location is close to town. We drove - it took about 2 minutes. I'm guessing that on foot you would take no more than 10 minutes. Florence provided us with all the information we needed - where to have a fulfilling dinner (without having to burn our pockets); where to go after Adare. If you are reading this review and intending to go to places around Adare, you should not miss the opportunity to stay at Coatesland a night or 2 to experience an earnest and extremely welcoming Irish hospitality. One more thing - prepare to skip lunch as the breakfast prepared by Florence is nothing less than delicious.

If you intend to stay a night or 2, you can contact Florence on their website. (http://www.coateslandhouse.com/). We couldn't book through other big hotel search engines as it wasn't listed there. However, have a go and book through Florence directly. I'm sure you will get her response in the shortest possible time :)

Room Tip: Rooms facing the back are quieter but it really doesn't matter if you get a room facing the fron...
