My wife and I had just landed at Shannon that morning, so we wanted to eat close to where we were staying in Adare. The place was thankfully uncrowded and we were thus able to enjoy a nice conversation with the welcoming owner about politics & other topics. The food was good, and he had some new Irish craft beers on tap which were truly excellent. My wife liked her IPA and I really liked my Pilsner. We didn't drink too much, because we knew we'd be continuing on at his brother's pub around the corner (Pat Collins). Delightful experience all the way around!
