The hallmark for me of this restaurant is the freshness of every dish: starting with the potatoe and smoked bacon cake set the tone for this excellent meal. The main of cod was a master class on how to cook and present fish. The quality of the produce and attention to detail created a dish of food that was delicious. Chef Lee's excellent apple flan had a lightness that made for a prefect finish to our meal. Raymond's has what one wants in a restaurant: superb food carefully cooked and served by attentive and friendly staff.
