You have to visit here if you are in the area or even if you aren't.Wonderful trainers/keepers with beautiful birds of prey.I'm running out of superlatives to describe the experience - just go there and see for yourself.

This totally unexpected visit to the Birds of prey was the highlight of our day.The owner of the birds was excellent with the kids and I must say the Adults. The children took to these beautiful birds in their stride and we couldnt believe how they interacted with these fierce looking birds. My grandchildren aged from 12-6mnts cried leaving Trabolgon.
Cant wait to go back next year,Bill

We visited this jewel on a wet miserable Wednesday and it totally turned our day around.
The lady running the centre was a breath of fresh air and really made us feel part of the experience. It was a priviliege to see and actually handle the magnificent birds of prey she
had there. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to any one with even the smallest interest in our natural wildlife. Especially any one who would think of these birds as pests: it would really open your eyes. I will happily travel the whole lenght of the country to visit here again.
Also the entrance fee was a minimal 3euro each. I would gladly have paid more for the welcome and the experience my family gained.

Met Sam there - she is is charge of the fabulous birds. She really knows her stuff and you can immediately sense that these birds are her children. She really puts both children and adults at their ease. My grandchildren had a wonderful time handling Ocras the Harris Hawk. The youngest, who is nearly five, was a little scared at first at the thought of the hawk landing on his arm but Sam gave him the confidence to do it and the photos she took are amazing. The only regret I have is that I didn't book the handling experience for myself but I will certaianly will the next time there!
