My wife and I stayed at Cesh Corran B&B at the beginning and end of our six-day, self-guided, Iron Donkey bicycle tour. Following the tour, we stayed at Cesh Corran on our own to see more of the area. The B&B, owned by Mary Cooney, is in Boyle, Ireland. The town itself has a nice selection of pubs, restaurants, and historical sites. The Boyle Abbey ruins, under restoration, are, literally, across the street from the B&B, which is also near the bus station, train station, and provides parking. Our room, bed, and shower were much more spacious than usually found in B&B's, and Mary's breakfasts are superb. She soon became more of a friend than a host. She went well beyond what was expected to ensure that we had whatever we needed. We give Cesh Corran our highest recommendation.
