We were warmly greeted and shown to a spotless cosy room. There was off road parking. The proprietor Mary was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of info on the surrounding area and and activities such as walks and boat trips we could partake in. Also good places to eat. Breakfast was lovely as well. Highly recommend.

My brother and I stayed for two nights whilst visiting family. It was our first stay in Boyle.

Cesh Corran's owner Mary was a delightful host. We arrived late on a Tuesday, but Mary was on hand to greet us and direct us to the nearest pub (Wynne's Bar) and the local Chinese restaurant so we didn't go to bed hungry!

The B&B itself is very homely, perfect for a short stop over and is great value for money. The breakfast was fine, with freshly ground coffee in a cafetière.

The bedrooms (rooms 2 and 3) were clean and importantly the shower was hot and powerful. Room 2 overlooks the Abbey ruins, but has double glazing so that your sleep is not hindered by the busy road at the front of the house.

Payment is by cash only!

Thank you for your review. I am happy that you had a pleasurable experience in Boyle. Both you and your brother were a treat to host and I look forward to your return in the not too distant future.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 1 night in March because it is very close to Lough Key Forest Park.
The owner Mary was lovely and very welcoming. Perfectly nice B&B.
Be warned - very little to do in Boyle, mid-week, at this time of year. We struggled to find somewhere to have dinner.

Thank you for your kind remarks. Sadly we have few restaurants open in the shoulder season.

My room looked over the ruins of the magnificent 12th century abbey. Mary was a wonderful hostess, very knowledgeable about Boyle and the locals and very willing to help in any way. She put on a marvellous Irish breakfast too. The room was very quiet even though the hotel is on the roadside.

Room Tip: Face the Abbey for the great view

We just had a lovely stay with Mary in Boyle. She is a very nice lady. Room was lovely. She had no problem setting up a travel cot for our little girl. Breakfast was lovely, great selection. Would definitely stay here again.
