This could be a really great property.
The good:
Very friendly host, the breakfast is great and the Nespresso machines in rooms a real plus.
The not so good:
Rooms badly need upgrading from the 1970s fittings and furnishings.

We checked in for a 2 night stay last weekend during this wonderful weather we are having. We had never stayed here before as any time we checked it was booked out - a good sign always. We were not disappointed. On arrival we were checked in immediately, offered tea, got room 8 which is downstairs. Very large comfortable room, great bathroom, couch and seating area and tea/coffee facilities. We also had our own front door which my husband raved about as he is a smoker so he just nipped outside when he needed to smoke. Breakfast next morning was freshly cooked and amazing selection. So nice not to have it buffet style like most places now. I cannot wait to return to Milltown House for another great stay

Room Tip: Room 8 was wonderful, had a partial sea view, all rooms are good, it is in a lovely quiet location with wonderful views over Dingle Bay.

Our Rick Steves tour planned our stay here. Very clean and quiet place. People there were very friendly. Home made breakfast with scones daily. Had dinner there which was home made stew. Along with lamb or duck. Can’t remember which as I only had the stew.

Room Tip: Make sure you have a few converters with you. Europe has two different types.

Lovely place to stay with gorgeous water views. Clean and comfortable with a delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Right at the start of the Dingle scenic route. Really good value. Would stay again.

Upon arriving in Dingle and pulling up to the Milltown House (which is right on the water) we were instantly charmed. Not only did Seamus and Saoirse greet us (the Irish wolfhounds of course) but the staff also offered such a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are so wonderfully decorated and very clean! Definitely one of my favorite places we stayed on our two week trip! The famous scones are a must have at breakfast, they live up to their fame. We can’t wait to go back.
