I loved our trip to Ireland, but after a week on the road I couldn't eat another chip or more fish! I was craving some vegetarian fare so I asked Jean at our hotel, Dingle Bay Hotel, where we could find a lunch that was heavy on the veggies. She suggested Cul Gairdin, and it was exactly what I was looking for that day. I had a fruit/vegetable smoothy, a crepe filled with spinach and creamy feta and some small side salads with the crepe. Yum!
