This is my second review for Solas having last visted not too long after their opening.
I'm delighted to say that the food is still as good as ever.
We shared the Tomato Confit & charred Sourdough, Gin & Fennel Salad, Chorizo & Manchego Croquettes, Popcorn Squid, Pollock and Pork Belly with baby gem. All delicious.... the stars being the confit tomato and the pork belly. Although everything was cooked to perfection.
For wine we had the Codice aged Tempranillo. Perfect!
I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
