Second time here, and it really didn't disappoint! Had the smoked haddock and chips and it was amazing. If you are going to Dingle, this is a must visit!

I've been to Harringtons a few times before so was really looking forward to the brilliant cod and chips that I always have. The fish arrived but there was only a handful of chips! The kids meals had more than the adults!! For the prices they charge a few more chips would have made this a perfect plate of food but instead I left feeling a bit short changed.

After a day at the beach and you have very hungry kids, this is only one place to head for. Great selection of food, very reasonable and freshly made to order. Staff very helpful and friendly. A must when in Dingle. Will visit again.

One thing about Dingle is that you will find it hard to get fish that isn't fresh and delicious. Which you'd expect from a fishing port, so it's not something to write home about. Nor should it be the only redeeming feature of a restaurant or cafe. And yet that's what it is in the case of Harrington's.

The decor is drab. The prices are too high. The portions of chips are indecently small. The order-taking arrangements are messy. And although the staff aren't unfriendly, it's not enough to redeem things.

Another one of those all too familiar situations in Irish tourist hubs of a business being all take and no give, and service with a smile that you can't help feeling suggests that there's a last laugh to be had, and you won't be having it.
