“Fantastic service”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

Helpfully staff with fast service. I needed a special gift for my daughters birthday and was recommended the Ogham range by the assistant.
The workshop managed to make the pendant and engrave it for me in the time needed.

Very nice store with all ranges of pricing on the Jewelry. Staff was very nice and helpful showing my wife many items. No actual Jewelers were on site that day. Parking was easy. We purchased several gifts for family back home.

Thanks for your honest review and also your custom. The workshop is very big and consists of several rooms, stone setting room, polishing room, engraving room, laser room, boxing room, and 5 offices. Sorry you didn't see the Jewellers but we don't open unless there are Jewellers on site to engrave the Ogham Collection, size rings , and answer questions etc.
Next time we will introduce you to to our team. Thanks again for your business.

“Be careful with payment”
Reviewed July 5, 2013 via mobile

Staff was confused about the credit card automatic currency conversion and tried to charge us the 3.5% exchange markup without giving us a choice of currency, which is required by the credit card companies. Also, they were not terribly friendly considering the brisk business they were taking in from our small group.

“June 2013”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

This is my second visit to Ireland and to Brian de Staic Jewellery Workshop. I travelled with a group of 43 Canadian Quilters to the IQFOI this year, and during our excursion to Dingle Peninsula, I HAD to get the coach driver to make a stop here! All my travellers were very impressed and many have returned to Canada with an Ogham pendant necklace.
Thank you for your hospitality!
