“Great hidden gem in Dingle”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Dingle in February can be a quite place best summed up by the sign on one shop, "Closed until Saturday, too dead!" but among the quiet shops and pubs the Goat Street Cafe was thronged and bursting at the seams. We went there with a local and indeed a great number of the customers were local, which is a town like Dingel with the choice of eateries says a lot. We ordered a fish dish and it came beautifully prepared and presented. It was cooked to perfection with lovely vegetables and potatoes. Dessert was delightful also as was the cappuccino also. It was superb food, very reasonably priced with friendly service and a welcoming smile. No wonder it is so popular with the locals, they know a good thing when they see it. Definitely worth seeking out but watch their closing times.

“Delicious! Underrated”
Reviewed May 3, 2013

We stumbled in here for a coffee and a bite to eat and were very impressed! The seafood chowder was delicious as was the Casserole Provinciale. Very fresh and delicious and not overpriced at all. Everyone around us also had delicious looking meals, it was hard to choose! Great cappuccino too! Good service- cute little place.

“Best in Dingle”
Reviewed March 27, 2013

This was hands down the best restaurant we ate at in Ireland. The food was modern, but familiar and the waitstaff was excellent.

“Superb. Great Restaurant, Definitely worth a visit!”
Reviewed March 27, 2013

This is definitely my favourite restaurant/Café in Dingle and really should be ranked top of the list. Food is always fresh and delicious.Super atmosphere.I recommend it to everyone visiting Dingle. This is a very popular place for the locals so that alone says enough!
The Goat Street Cafe is a fantastic place. The food is absolutely delicious with many tempting and unusual options and there were some more interesting options on the menu that I unfortunately did not get the chance to try. Also, the staff was really friendly and recommended us some other nice places in town. The food is always top notch and great value for money, you get lots of food and fantastic quality. When I'm back in Dingle ill definitely be returning for a visit!
