My wife and I have eaten in Out of the Blue several times over the last few years and have just returned from 3-nights in Dingle where we dined each night in Out of the Blue. Yes, it is bordering on expensive but the food is genuinely excellent. No pretentious sauces or artistic decorations - only fantastically well cooked seafood. The monk fish I had last night was - without doubt - the BEST monk fish I have ever had. Don't expect Michelin Star presentation or wierd combinations - just expect the best seafood in town and you will be more than happy!
