I was highly impressed by how accommodating Mrs. O'Shea was to our traveling needs. We had no problem arriving later in the evening and she greeted us with tea and some nice biscuits and scones. The next morning, we had a great breakfast and found she was helping another traveler who was hiking to get into town. Mrs. O'Shea was very friendly and exemplified how a B&B should be run. We had all the comforts of a hotel with all the convenience of location and not all the commotion of a hotel.

What a wonderful home. Therese and John O'Shea are a great host. The home is done with tasteful decorations and friendliness. I would recommend this B&B as one of the top ones in Ireland.

Arriving at O'Shea's charming B and B, we were refreshed by Therese's fresh homemade scones and a pot of Irish tea, in her spotless and lovely lounge. We were shown our tidy and well appointed room, with large modern bath, fluffy towels and comfy double bed. After shopping and dining in nearby Kenmare, we enjoyed the quiet setting of this highly recommended home, and the scrumptious breakfast feast was without compare. Our stay became a lovely memory of Irish charm.

Room Tip: No nighttime traffic, all rooms quiet and cozy.

This was our third stay at OShea's B and B in Kenmare. Therese (owner of the B and B) graciously opens her home to heart to all visitors of the Bed and Breakfast. The location of O'Sheas Bed and Breakfast is wonderful; as you have a short drive into Kenmare, Killarney National Park and Sneem. Perfect location for all you want to do around the Ring of Kerry. The breakfast Therese made every morning was wonderful and she truly begins your day with a smile. We enjoyed this Bed and Breakfast and the hospiltality throughout our stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Therese and John thanks for the fabulous stay and the memories we shared.

My family and I stayed at O'Shea's B and B and loved it. The Owner, Therese served us tea and cookies upon arrival. When booking, I did think it would be a little closer to town than it was. However, no worries, Therese was kind enough to drive us to town so we wouldn’t have to drive again after our long drive there. She also volunteered to pick us up after dinner. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant down the street. We were a bit tired after the day of travels so we decided to call a cab to drive us back. The Taxi service didn’t answer so the bartender/waiter from the restaurant said he would drive us. Needless to say I was shocked. Such nice folks in Kenmare. Now back to the B and B. Our beds were very comfortable. We had to have 2 rooms because there were 4 of us. When we got there Therese gave us our choice of rooms. I don’t think could have gone wrong, all the rooms were very nice and very clean. What I appreciated as well were the large en suite bathrooms. I would very much recommend O'Sheas Ceol Na Habhann bed and breakfast. If given the opportunity, I would stay there again.
