“Another Fantastic Stay!”

My son and I have just finished our third February holiday stay at Atlantic Waves! Hopefully, we will make a return trip some time this year or next. This is my second review (I also wrote a review last year!), and the cottage and location still continue to enchant us. My son loves to bike, so once we get his rental in Killarney, he is off exploring the Dingle Peninsula and biking up and down the beautiful Conor Pass.
For my part I must confess I love to sit in the parlor, chair facing the sea which is right across the road, and watch the activity--surfers, joggers, as well as men working in the fields. However, it must be said that there are so many other things to enjoy in the Castlegregory area.

Atlantic Waves is a beautiful cottage, and if given the opportunity to book, don't hesitate. The cottage is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. It has all the amenities of home. Also, the owner, Paula, has been wonderful each and every time we have been there. Paula is extremely helpful with suggestions on how to have a great holiday! Nicely done. Thank you!

“Wonderfully cosy home”

We (grandparents, parents, teenagers) stayed for a week in July in Paulas cosy holiday house in Dingle. There was plenty of everything: rooms, beds, showers, bathrooms, kitchen equipment, stunning views. Even a little basket with wine and different kinds of chocolates waited for us at arrival. Another basket was filled with firewood and everything you need to light a fire. All rooms were warm and comfortable. Paula was very friendly and accommodating. We' ve been to a lot of holiday homes in Ireland and abroad. This was one of the cleanest. But what makes this special is that it feels like a home, not a rented house. Thank you, Paula! We had a wonderful time.

A lovely location Mountains to the back and the coast at the front. Owner lovely and looked after us very well she knew the area well and recommended restaurants, locations and activities all excellent. The rooms are great with great views, the kitchen has everything thing, and the electricity is reasonably priced. There is a lovely peat fire in the front room and books, board games a dvd player and hi def satellite TV. Would love to come back.

“Magnificent Holiday Home”

Would highly recommend this holiday home, perfect location with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean - could sit all day looking at the views! House was impeccable and certainly felt like being in a home away from home. Definitely will be back - was extremely lucky with the weather as we had glorious sunshine for entire week. Our activities included water activities organised by a very friendly guy by name of Jamie, horseriding, trip to the Blasket Islands, hillwalking, cycling, visiting very friendly pubs and restaurants and just chilling out in the beautiful Atlantic Waves Cottage.

“All you could wish for”
Reviewed April 17, 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We were made very welcome with sweets and wine on the table, and a very kind landlady, who made us feel at home in no time. - The more so as the house was in impeccable condition, very neat and clean, with all the facilities one would need in a holiday home.
This house is most ideally situated - it offers a spececular view, not just of the ocean, but also the Dingle mountains. Its location enables you to make gorgeous trips in all directions, where you'll find lovely beaches and a stunning landscape. Supermarkets are not too distant, and there is a large variety of restaurants all around.

“Wonderful cottage in a stunning location”

This was my first trip to Ireland and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Atlantic Waves Cottage was absolutely perfect in every way. Paula has made a huge effort to make sure that you have everything you could possibly need and more. Every room was tastefully decorated and the whole place felt very homely. We especially enjoyed the fire which was on every night and lounging in the bay window taking in the stunning views. If only it didn't get dark as early in November as it was such a shame to have to close the curtains.

Can't fault the place at all and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a great stay in a peaceful location and enjoy the outdoors.

Try the food at Tomasins - it was great.

“It gets perfect reviews for a reason...”

Never been to Ireland? Quit waiting. Seriously. Paula's Atlantic Waves Cottage is the epitome of what you always imagined Ireland to be - all rolled up into one perfect setting.

From the surprisingly large, charming home itself to the ideal scenery that surrounds you to its tranquil but centrally located address... my guess is this place is exactly what you've always envisioned.

And Paula? Couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Has an incredible knack for knowing when to offer expert advice and when to lay low. Always available for anything you may need or wonder about.

Myself, a brother, and a couple of buddies hubbed it here in the summer of 2015. Rolled in from Iowa and can honestly say everything about Atlantic Waves blew away our expectations.

It's rare to find a place so cool and laid back that is also affordable and family-friendly. This place receives glowing reviews for a reason. Give Paula and her magical Cottage a try - you won't be disappointed.
