“Highlight of our trip to Ireland”
Reviewed November 2, 2013

Having stayed in various B&B's during our recent visit to Ireland, Beenoskee B&B was by far the most notable and enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by the hosts, Mary & Michael. After we were shown to our bedroom which was tastefully decorated and had an amazing view overlooking Brandon Bay, we were treated to Mary’s delicious homemade Guinness cake in front of a cosy open fire in the guest lounge. The breakfast the following morning was very tasty and fresh with such an extensive menu to choose from. We both decided to go for the full Irish breakfast which set us up for the day. The B&B has such a picturesque setting with mountains, sea, sand and greenery providing the backdrop. It is ideally situated for exploring the Dingle peninsula. The town of Dingle is only a short 20 minute drive over the Conor Pass Road with so many picture taking opportunities along the way. The hosts were more than helpful during our stay. They gave us recommendations on places to eat, things to do and see in area. Without a doubt we will return to Beenoskee in the future..

Joan and Pat were lovely and accommodating hosts. They let us check in early and mapped out beautiful places for us to see. After taking a wonderful drive through Connemara and coming back to the B&B, Pat was nice enough to drive us into city center of Galway and give us a tour of the downtown area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Traditional Irish breakfast was delicious. Before we left, they were sure to tell us towns to stop in and places to eat on our way to the Cliffs of Moher. They were really knowledgeable and helpful with all the the small details of locations hours away. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere, the design of the rooms, the service, the breakfast and the view on the sea are amazing.
Especially the helpfulness of the hosts Mary and Michael regarding service and travelling hints is extraordinary!

This is a completely charming bed and breakfast. We were greeted with such a warm welcome, tea, and cake! The bedroom, while not huge, was very sweet and comfortable. As people have said, the breakfast options are incredible, including the traditional Irish breakfast, fresh fruit options, smoked salmon, and several other items, I have never had such selection at a B&B! You eat in a lovely breakfast room listening to Irish music, and gazing out the windows at the scenery, and it is bliss. If you are visiting the Dingle peninsula, this location is a great quiet and relaxing option.

Room Tip: Definitely request a room that overlooks the sea!

To come to this place is like to get home from a very long trip. Marry is like a mum. She took care for us from the first minute until the good bye.
Every morning was like a celebration to run to the breakfast. Unbelievable gopod breakfast. Tons of choises and all was delicious!
The ocean view is great and relaxing

Room Tip: A very good location to discover the Dingle peninsula!

The owner Mary was just delightful, upon our arrival she prepared us a pot of tea and gave us a delicious slice of her homemade chocolate cake, hit the spot after traveling most of that day.
She showed us to our lovely room overlooking the ocean, I was happy to open the window and listen and smell the clean, fresh air. Mary gave us directions to get over the Conor Pass to Dingle which only took us 20 minutes. What a cute seaport town. Went into a pub, had a pint and fish & chips, yummy. Then shopped along the waterfront street.
We would recommend this B & B to anyone wanting to see the Dingle peninsula!

Room Tip: We took the front facing room because of the ocean view, but the bathroom was very small and the sho...

We stayed two nights at Beenoskee B&B recently and it was great. On our arrival Mary brought out the welcome coffee and cake and the welcoming service continued for the rest of our stay. The room was very comfortable and the view of the beach from our window was magnificent. Breakfast was excellent with many home made delights. We highly recommend Beenoskee B&B to anyone visiting the Dingle Peninsula. Just a note on its location. While the postal address is Castlegregory, the actual location is Conor Pass Road, just past Stradbally if you are coming from Castlegregory towards Dingle.
