I've eaten in many places in Ireland and have never found any that could cook a great chip, until now! The village Bistro is a great example as to how chips should be cooked, home made and not from a freezer. I had the scampy and they were cooked to perfection and the salad and mushy peas finished off a great meal. The service received was very attentive and friendly and the lager was nice and cold, just how I like it. Won't think twice about goinmg there again.
