“Happy Football Team at the end of the Weekend”
Reviewed March 1, 2011

Had a group of 14 staying here for a weekend. We were taking part in a football compatition in crossmaglen. This is our second year staying here and none of our girls have had a complaint. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very warm. They are also very accomadating as they served breakfast til 11.30 to suit us as they knew we wud have a late night. I would highly recomend this hotel and we will be staying here again next year.

The Only Hotel In Ireland with Irish People working there that I have come across.
It was a treat to hear Irish accents. The room was warm, great location right in the middle of a nice town square which had a lovely monument. It was right by bank machines, very friendly pubs. The food at the restaurant in the lobby was great & the People were super friendly

I was in the North for business and to visit family (immigrated to America 40 years ago). Cross is one of the finest towns to just relax and take in the sights and sounds of rural County Armagh. Clean rooms, attentive staff, and one of the best hotel kitchens I have experienced. After years of travel to the big city center hotels in Europe and America, this was a treat. You will not find the amenities of an Intercontinental, but the positive points of this charming town and friendly locals are worth far more. Note to business travelers: Cross is on a regular Ulsterbus route that connects to Newry. From Newry you can access every city and town in Ireland and the North by bus and/or train. A car is unnecessary! My only suggestion to the hotel would be to consider putting in wireless internet for phone and laptop users.

I was planning a family trip for 13 adults, to go away for the night. I searched many hotels in NI, but this ticked all the boxes. I was so glad I chose this hotel.
We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived, I honestly could not complain about anything, staff, food, entertainment and price where all excellent.
We will deffinatly be back. Lovely place!

Went to Crossmaglen for golf (not exactly golfing mecca of the north!) and stayed here for couple nights. Staff - Tina in particular - were very friendly and were happy to do anything to help, from sorting out discounted golf in Concra Wood (which will be one of the premier courses in Ireland in a couple of years!) one of the 4 courses within a 20 minute drive, to telling us which pubs had something on. Food was great - 2 three course meals with couple of pints and couple of glasses of wine for under £40 - where would you get it. Great wee town and you would not be disappointed with your stay in this lovely friendly hotel. Thanks

Stayed here on the recommendation of family in the area. The staff made you feel at home and the food was incredible. There is a weekend market in the town square just outside the hotel where you can get anything from vegetables to paper towels to clothing. There is also a great bakery and chip shop on the square; a very nice little town! WIll definitely stay here again.
