Description: The Who'd Have Thought It Inn is a traditional country pub serving great food, wines, ciders and local ales with a warm welcome. The menu consists of a variety of delicious classic pub dishes, all homemade using locally sourced ingredients and an ever changing specials board using the best seasonal produce. Our Christmas menu is now available and we are taking bookings for Christmas parties. The Who'd is a great location for your Christmas party and we have 2 separate function rooms for larger parties. Whether you are dining with us or just enjoying a pint by the fire reading the papers, we would love to see you. Families with children are very welcome and we have a children's menu and baby change facilities. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar areas. We are open for morning coffee from 11am every day.

We have friends locally and also often walk along the river or through the woods as well as the garden in Cotehele as the seasons changed. More out of necessity than choice we have eaten at the Who'd Have Thought it about three times over the year. Must say that it is a depressing environment and none of the food tastes fresh. We have concluded that it is all of the variety produced from those prepared meals delivered in bulk and reheated. If this is not wholly or partly the case then sadly the home cooked standard is neither inspiring nor tasty. This pub has a reasonable spot. It really ought to do better.

lovely setting just outsjde Saltash, great welcome, landlady very accommodating. The food Poughmans and cheese salad we ordered were plentiful and fresh, apart from the sald which was bagged and brown edges... cheesecake had a soggy bottom but the creme brulee was spot on, a very pleasant lunch on a cold winters day.

We were in the area for a wedding at St. Mellion on New Years Eve and decided to find somewhere to eat the evening before. We hit upon the Who'd Have Thought It Inn at St. Dominick by chance and had a very good evening meal. Nothing was too much trouble for the Landlady who told us she had been there for seven years and runs the pub with her daughter.
It was a lovely quaint pub with a very shiny well stocked bar and you could eat in the bar, the restaurant or the conservatory. We chose the cosy atmosphere of the bar and it was very busy and very popular. We chose meals from the main menu and the specials board and the bill for a family of four with two rounds of drinks and four lovely meals was £45. Verty good value for the
excellent food we had.
We were so impressed that we decided to go there again before going home to Penzance for our New Year's Day lunch. As expected it was very busy but again the Landlady was very pleasant and even remembered us from our previous visit, the staff were very helpful and again we enjoyed good homemade food at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

This was supposed to be special meal for a special birthday. How wrong we were. I think we were the only ones to eat and decided to eat in the bar as the restaurant looked empty.
My partner ordered roast of the day, which was chicken with yesterday's potatoes reheated,. The plate was covered in pale gravy , only the veg looked good enough to eat. My chosen meal was Chef's Special. Steak running blood, although I asked for medium, and 4 large prawns on top to make it 'special'!!! Chips were frozen and heated . You do expect real potatoes for £15. We left so much on our plates we were offered some deduction. Really we should have sent it all back and paid nothing. But something about 'not making a fuss' stopped us!!!!
This is a lovely place with warm coal fires and amazing views overlooking the Tamar valley, and on previous visits we have ate well.
