Good Italian food freshly prepared on the premises in their open plan kitchen.
The night we visited (a Monday) was unexpectedly busy for the restaurant (due to school holidays) so the service was a bit slow initially, but once 2 extra staff arrived, the service picked up.
Huge garlic breads, excellent pizza and pasta.
Good for family meals

This place is an absolute disaster. The food was so appalling we asked for our money back as we could barely stomach more than a few bites each. If you could give this a rating of less than one i would. The service was Ok and the place looks good. But you go to a restaurant for the food and that is just awful.

We had dinner here on 2 separate occasions. The food was excellent. A great deal of money was spent on the fixtures in the restaurant (and the loo!) and I truly hope the place is a success.

When we tried to book we were given a long explanation of the two sitting arrangement but the net result was a table was available at 9.30 so we booked it. Our table near to the bar was unfortunately in the middle of the sprung floor and also the main thoroughfare for the staff from the kitchen, so our table and ourselves were very soon 'bouncing' up and down with the passing of the staff, which was not a pleasant experience whilst trying to eat. We knew one of the other diners on the adjacent table in a large group and he said he had eaten there twice before, with mixed result, "it depends what you chose".
Our starters were well presented but sadly didn't live up to the style. For example, the bruschetta bread tasted stale.
I chose Quattro Stagione pizza (typo on the menu as Quarto Stagione) but it was nothing like a four seasons pizza that I have had before, it was also overcooked to the point of being burnt. There was no attempt to present the four quarters as the four seasons. The pizza base was also tough and chewy. A pizza base should be light and crispy around the edge, very very disappointing. No true Italian would have served a pizza like that.
My partner had a Calzone which was just about OK but not great. However we noted that all Calzone are served with Bolognese sauce, which would be interesting on the Verdure (vegetarian) Calzone.
We didn't bother with desserts or coffee.
On what had been one of the warmest evenings of the year so far, they switched on the air conditioning as we were nearing the end of our meal, which by then was late in the evening, very odd!
